Medical Record Review   What is a Medical Record Review?     A Medical Record Review is a review of the submitted documents and a medical opinion based upon a review of those documents.   How is a Medical Record Review different from a Medical Consult?     A Medical Record Review is not interactive, like a Medical Consult. The medical expert performing a Medical Record Review will simply review the records and write a report based upon the documents submitted for review.   How quickly can a Medical Record Review be completed?     Most Medical Record Review reports are completed in 2-4 weeks, unless the file is voluminous or if a report is requested sooner.   What is the cost?     A Medical Record Review is billed hourly. There is no minimum charge. We quote all services at the time the request is made and the records are received.
