| A Rebuttal Response is a service we provide when a treating physician rebuts the medical opinion provided by our medical expert. |

| When do I need a Rebuttal Response? |
| |
Typically, we are asked to provide this service when a treating physician writes a letter offering a counter opinion to our medical expert’s opinion, but no medical records are provided in support of the counter opinion. If new medical information is submitted with the letter from the treating physician, an Additional Review service is needed.How quickly can I get a Rebuttal Response completed?
We complete Rebuttal Responses within a day or two of our receipt of the referral and supporting documentation (rebuttal letter from the treating physician) |

| What is the cost of a Rebuttal Response? |

| This service is billed hourly, and the rate is commensurate with the hourly rate that was charged for the medical expert utilized in the service for which the treating doctor is rebutting our medical expert’s opinion. |
