	Permanent & Stationary Analysis   What is a Permanent & Stationary Analysis?     A review and critique of the P&S Report by one of our physician advisors.   Why would I need a Permanent & Stationary Analysis?     To help you drive the case to appropriate resolution. This analysis should be used to “push back” on the author of the P&S Report in any areas in which the P&S is not medically supported by clinical evidence or fails to appropriately address all of the issues as required under the law. This information can be used to assist the author of the P&S Report in rectifying any deficient components; by your defense attorney in preparation of deposition of the author of the P&S Report, or by your defense attorney in preparation of the trial.   When do I order a Permanent & Stationary Analysis?     This service is intended to be utilized following receipt of a P&S Report that is either inadequate or medically unsubstantiated.   How do I order a Permanent & Stationary Analysis?   Simply fill out the referral form, and along with the records, A.
