Many claims can be settled quickly and effectively with a thorough and accurate file review, usually eliminating the need for an IME and saving valuable time and money.
Understanding the nuances when considering the specific client needs, claim type and state of loss has lead us to creating a variety of review based services.
When a file review is ordered, we are often asked to help the client formulate the right questions, assemble all the pertinent medical documents for review and provide the medical expert with the information required to ensure that the physician understands the claim type and the regulations governing the claim based upon the state of loss so that the medical opinion is appropriate and can be substantiated. |

We deliver medical opinions two ways:

1 Review with a Verbal Report

One of our medical advisors will review the submitted documents, followed by a teleconference between our physician reviewer and our client to discuss the merits of the case, identify missing documents, and address other relevant issues.

2. Review with a Written Report

More formal than the simpler verbal report review, this involves a review of all material submitted and a comprehensive medical report by an appropriate medical specialist who specifically addresses all questions posed with consideration of the type of claim and state of loss.
