Deposition/Trial Assistance   What is Deposition/Trial Assistance?     A review of the documents that pertain to certain disputed medical issues along with a telephone discussion between defense counsel and one of our physician advisors.   Why would I need this Assistance?     To assist with the cross examination of a medical expert or an examination of an employee or other witness at trial. Any and all medical issues concerning the case can be discussed and a strategy devised for a line of questioning.   When do I order this Assistance?     Once the disputed issues are developed and prior to setting the deposition of the medical expert to be cross-examined or prior to the trial date.   How do I obtain this Assistance?   Simply fill out the referral form, and along with the pertinent documents, A.
